Jackie Mazibuko was born in Soweto 10th of october 1942. On a visit, prolonged by illness, he died in Soweto, Sunday 26th of February 2012. His sisters presumed he would have become a member of parliament had he not escaped South Africa. He was keen on debate, an idealist standing up for the oppressed.
It has not been verified by any research, but it is said he made a testemony on the brutality of Apartheid South Africa before the United Nations in New York.
Most of his life, almost 40 years, he came to spend in Stockholm Sweden, raising his family.
