This talk was recorded during a class given to a group of Self-Realization nuns at the international headquarters of Self-Realization Fellowship in Los Angeles. Sri Mrinalini Mata, one of those chosen by Paramanhansa Yogananda to carry on the Self-Realization Fellowship work after his passing, is vice president of the society and editor-in-chief of SRF publication.
