As the night train pulls in to Paris from Marseille, a beautiful young woman is found dead in her carriage. The task of finding her killer is handed to overworked, crime-weary police detective Pierre 'Grazzi' Grazziano, who has little interest in playing cat-and-mouse with a diabolically cunning, savage murderer. But as more corpses are discovered across Paris, the question becomes not only who is the killer, but who will be their next victim, and Grazzi is drawn into a fast-moving story of lust, deception and death.
