Today, it is difficult to find a workplace without projects. Regardless of what the project aims to produce and regardless of the level in the hierarchy, projects entail collaboration in uncertain situations. Textbooks and research on team dynamics, collaboration or leadership usually see temporary work groups as the exception. This book takes the reverse stance. When first published in 2011, the Swedish-language version of this book received the award for best project management book of the year from Svenskt Projektforum, the Swedish member of the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
