The title of this book is misleading in a way, since it originally was supposed to reference me recovering from my mental health issues. But you can’t schedule recovery and I won’t be happy by the end of this book, but I might be happy somewhere in the middle. In a sense we’re all constantly rewiring, and it may or may not lead anywhere which is why I decided to not have a timeline going from sad to happy in this book.
